In today’s political climate, congress has proven time and time again, that they cannot be trusted. The constitution granted “We the People” the power to defend, create and change the laws of this land. It is now time to revisit Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 known as the Appointment Clause. We must return the appointment of district and court of appeals judges, back to the people of the states in which those judges reside, by way of a vote by the people, on a ballot. When the current laws of this land were implemented, the fabric of our country looked much different. Our forefathers had just liberated this Republic from a “single man rule” government. “The power of the Constitution will always be in the people. It is entrusted for certain defined purposes, and for a certain limited period, to representatives of their own choosing: and, whenever it is exercised contrary to their interest, or not agreeably to their wishes, their servants can and undoubtedly will be recalled”. - George Washington

Big corporations, with cooperation of the corrupt Biden administration, curb stomped your God given right to public space and nationwide movement. You must understand, regardless of what judges say, these actions were not only unlawful, but they were unconstitutional. Correcting these atrocities, will be one of my most important jobs. COVID-Era policies affected me personally. I sued the TSA, CDC and 5 major airlines (without legal counsel). The day after my official complaint was filed in the sixth circuit court of appeals, I was placed on a terrorist watch list. I am still fighting the CDC and airline lawsuit in the Western District of Kentucky. I will continue to fight this, until these unelected bureaucrats are held accountable. We must start this battle by modifying 14 CFR 382, which implements the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) and gives the federal government and major airlines, the current power they have over your right to freedom of movement. This will ensure that these bad actors can never implement any “mandates” remotely close to this again. Not now, not ever!!!

Americans are struggling to defend themselves from illness, which their own government has implemented against them. Your current politicians want you tired, sick, poor and without control of your own health and way of life. They want you reliant on their failed pharmaceutical industry. When you are in control of your own health, they are powerless and go bankrupt. As Americans, our foundation is built upon individual liberties and the option to make INFORMED DECISIONS!!!!! This is why we must bring back President Trumps 2017 American Health Care Act (AHCA), which is a superior CHOICE to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) known as “Obama Care”. Passing the (AHCA), known as “Trumpcare” will open the doors of opportunity for Americans to invest in their own well-being.

For far too long, the federal government has been indoctrinating your children to hate the American way of life and its culture. Unfortunately, we are seeing that their plan is working. When I stop to think about what has granted me my intellect, I have realized, it did not come from a schoolhouse. God gave you all of the resources to become as smart as you can dream to be. Although we should always be thankful to the men and women who invest their time into our education, the realization is, most of your intellect comes from life experiences. Personally, my education is rooted in my own continued research and observing my mom and dad raise good, God-fearing, free-thinking children. We are only as good as the young people we raise, and it is your right to see your children succeed in a way that only you can understand and have absolute control over. After all, you do not Co-Parent with the federal government.
